Returns

The term of exercising the legal right of withdrawal

We are welcome to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt IF THE PRODUCTS HAVE ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR IN CASE THEY ARRIVED WITH DAMAGES FROM THE COURIER.
Please note that all items must be returned in a saleable condition:
Unopened, with all original product packaging and hygiene seals untouched. We are unable to offer a refund, replacement or exchange on items that are not re-saleable.

International Returns Procedure

For returns please e-mail us at [email protected] to notify us of your intent to return.
– Your e-mail should contain your order number and a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods.
– We will then e-mail you with a Returns Authorization Number
– Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely to avoid damage during transit. Please enclose your dispatch note/receipt within the parcel.
– Please pay the appropriate shipping costs. Please consider the fact that you can not return the items without paying the shipping costs. Misa Brushes will not assume the costs of the returning items.
– If you have paid the order but you can not be reached by the DHL courier în order to received the parcel, we will notify you several times. There will be 3 attemps on deliverying the parcel a d 3 more days at the DHL office, giving you the opportunity to pick up personally the goods. After that, the parcel will return to our warehouse. Once the parcel is in our warehouse in good conditions, you will be refunded în 24 hours, minus the return shipping costs and the Paypal commisions. Please consider all these.

Request a proof of the  courier returning receipt ( Misa Brushes will not be liable for lost returns). Any underpaid returns may not be delivered to us and therefore will not be processed.

General provisions applicable to the return of products

a) It is compulsory for the products to be returned to MISA Brushes in a state that allows them to be put back for sale (in perfect condition, accessories, prospectuses, etc.) at the latest, as the case may be, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of on the date when the Buyer comes into physical possession of the products.
b) Goods must be in their original packaging and/or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact; otherwise the item will be considered unfit for re-sale and will not be accepted by our returns department.
c) If your order qualified for a free gift, it must also be returned before your refund or replacement can be processed.
d) Returns of products sent after the expiration of this term are not accepted.

Once we have received your package, providing the items have been returned in a re-saleable condition your refund will be issued without delay. Your refund will be confirmed by email, and funds will be returned to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 days to show on your statement from the time of issue. Please be aware that this varies by bank and payment methods, and that PayPal transactions show immediately. If your card has expired since placing the order, please contact Customer Service to make alternative arrangements.

Costs

The costs of returning the products will be borne by the Buyer.
Misa Brushes will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any return postage or original shipping fees (if charged).
If you are returning from outside of the EU, you will need to cover the cost of IMPORT of the  shipping to the warehouse of Misa Brushes.

Return the parcel by courier

a) Additionally, the Buyer or the recipient of the Order, who wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, legally or contractually, returning the product by courier / parcel, must follow the following instructions: – Sending the parcel with acknowledgment of receipt to the following address: MISA Brushes Romania – Bacau, Leatea32B Street, 0040/756654129.;
b) MISA Brushes does not accept parcels addressed improperly, at any other point of work or address, even if it belongs to MISA Brushes.
c) When the Purchaser / Consignee of the Order does not prove that he has actually delivered the product to a carrier according to the above, all risks related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the Purchaser or the consignee of the Order.
