We are welcome to offer a refund/exchange for an unwanted item returned within 14 days of receipt IF THE PRODUCTS HAVE ANY MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OR IN CASE THEY ARRIVED WITH DAMAGES FROM THE COURIER.

2. Delivery
Delivery methods
a) Delivery by FAN Courier Express on the territory of Romania.
b) Delivery by DHL. Orders meant to be delivered worldwide (including the USA, UK, Italy, Germany, France, UAE, or other countries) will be shipped by DHL.

A delivery of the purchased products will be attempted within a period of approximately 1-7 working days from the conclusion of the sale-purchase contract. In duly justified cases, the delivery period may be a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the conclusion of the contract.

**International Orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Note, Misa Brushes is not responsible for any customs or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
